DNA-Seq Package
This package is designed for researchers who require DNA resequencing of genomes. Applications include resequencing for discovery of genetic variation and rough draft de novo assembly for the purpose of gene discovery (currently limited to genomes under 100 Mb). We have experience in analyzing a wide range of organisms, including prokaryotic and eukaryotic microbes and plant genomes.

Library Prep
DNA is sheared using Covaris AFA technology and size selected to produce libraries with a narrow size distribution. |

Sequencing
Sequencing is carried out using Illumina TruSeq technology. We are an Illumina CSPro Certified Service Provider.

Analysis
DNA Variant Analysis includes mapping to a reference genome, identification of SNPs, and estimation of mutation frequencies. |

DNA Sequencing and Analysis
We provide sequencing of a wide range of genomes for both resequencing and de novo assembly applications. We can also analyze other high quality DNA samples, including pooled samples.
NOTE: For complete human genome sequencing we recommend considering service providers that specialize in this application, such as Complete Genomics and the Illumina Genome Network.
