We provide custom-designed target enrichment kits for human, mouse, and rat genomes.
Rivia target enrichment kits use solution-based hybridization to selectively capture defined regions of the genome. These regions typically range from hundreds of kilobases to tens of megabases. The kits contain pools of custom-designed RNA probes and reagents for capturing and purifying DNA targets for use in next-generation sequencing.
The Rivia target enrichment kit price includes design of custom capture sequences for your region of interest by our bioinformatics scientists, synthesis, and QC of the capture RNA oligonucleotides. Each Rivia kit includes RNA oligonucleotides and necessary reagents for target enrichment.
