RNA-Seq Complete Package
RNA-Seq enables researchers to extract differential gene expression information from the transcriptome and perform sensitive analysis of splicing variation. The RNA-Seq Complete Package is a sequencing and analysis service that integrates sequencing controls and offers premium RNA-Seq data analysis using our Voila! cloud-based analysis pipeline. Voila! provides a more complete assessment of exons, splice junctions, sequence variants, and significant differential expression patterns based on a study-centric approach.

Library Prep
TruSeq library preparation now requires only 100 ng of total RNA. RNA controls are spiked into samples for QC as part of the analysis. |

Sequencing
Sequencing is carried out using Illumina TruSeq technology. We are an Illumina CSPro Certified Service Provider.

Voila! RNA-Seq Data Analysis
Our Voila! analysis* includes: a) alignment to a reference genome and detection of expressed sequences; b) identification and quantitation of exons and genes, splice junctions, single nucleotide variants, small indels, and novel transcripts; c) annotated and uniform output including links to databases to make it easier to browse information on specific genes of interest; and d) study-level analysis for discovery of significant differential expression patterns and associations with molecular pathways.
